• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with pk988's event-specific rules, which may involve voiding bets and returning stakes.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at pk988's discretion. Once accepted, in-play bets cannot be cancelled by the player.
• pk988 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined, or where there is evidence of a technical error in the displayed odds.

pk988 reserves the right to void and cancel any bet or wager where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the bet was placed using information not in the public domain, exploiting a system error, or in circumstances constituting unfair advantage.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk988 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Money Laundering: Using pk988 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of illegal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.

• Damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where reasonable security precautions were not observed.

pk988's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk988 account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
